1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Crewka, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
Crewka is an online marketplace that connects customers seeking tradesmen with tradespeople offering their services. Crewka facilitates these connections but is not a party to any contract formed between customers and tradesmen.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Crewka to post false or misleading information, harass or harm other users, attempt to circumvent our systems, or engage in any unlawful activity. Crewka reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Tradesman Subscriptions
Tradesmen may access premium features through a paid subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Crewka reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Reviews and Content
Users may submit reviews and other content to the platform. You grant Crewka a non-exclusive licence to display and use this content. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Crewka may remove content that violates these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Crewka is not liable for the quality of work performed by tradesmen, or for any disputes arising between customers and tradesmen. We provide the platform as a connection tool only. You use it at your own risk.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Crewka after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
